FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO THE US and 32 OTHER COUNTRIES

1.  We offer free Shipping and Handling to the following 33 countries:

• This policy only applies to orders for which we select the carrier and the customs brokers.
• You will still need to pay any taxes, tariffs, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc., required by authorities at your location.
• Please note that we only use Fedex and UPS as carriers.  We do not ship any orders through any other carriers -- just these two. 

2. We will ship to these countries for $129 Shipping and Handling fee.

3.  If you want to select your own carrier and/or customs broker instead of leaving those choices to us, please contact our offices by phone, fax or email to make appropriate arrangements.

In such cases, there would be two options:

    a. If you are willing to pay the transportation charges through your own account, you may instruct us to use your own preferred carrier (but only for Fedex or UPS).  You will be asked to select Fedex or UPS as the carrier and to provide a valid account number for that carrier at the time you place your order.

    b. Alternatively, you may instruct us to prepay the shipping charges and add them to the invoice for your order.

For either (a) or (b), if you choose your own carrier and/or customs broker and the shipment is to a country outside the U.S., an International Handling Fee of $33 will be added to the invoice.

4. Insurance.

LC Laboratories does not charge for insurance on orders for catalog sizes of our products.  For larger, bulk orders, we do require the customer to pay for insurance, which we purchase through the carrier and add to the invoice.

We require customers to purchase their own insurance through their carrier if they choose to use their own carrier account and pay for that transportation themselves.

5. Speed of delivery.

In most cases, international shipments from LC Laboratories arrive in large cities two days after we make the shipment.

Delivery times may be longer for destinations not located in large cities, and these delivery times do not include time needed for customs clearance.

6. Terms.

For first-time orders of $500 or more (including shipping) for new customers, payment is due either by credit card at the time of shipment or in advance by wire or check (see below).

Depending on credit approval on a case-by-case basis, we may allow first-time orders for less than $500 from a new customer to be paid net 30 days by wire or check.

ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT.

Funds sent by wire or check must be drawn on a United States bank. Once good credit is established, customers may be granted higher credit limits.

We reserve the right to modify our credit terms and policies without advance notice.
