Our Shipping and Handling Charges to United States

[PLEASE NOTE:  this page is NOT part of our shopping cart or checkout process.]

1. If your order totals $ 0 or more, then shipping and handling are FREE -

there are no shipping or handling charges.

2. If we choose the carrier, and:

-- you instruct us to prepay and add the transportation charges, and

-- your order is less than $ 0

then the shipping and handling costs for your order would be $ 29

3. If you instruct us to ship by Fedex, and:

-- you instruct us to prepay and add the transportation charges, and

-- your order is less than $ 0

then the shipping and handling costs for your order would be $ 67

4. If you instruct us to ship by UPS, and:

-- if we prepay and add the transportation charges, and

-- if your order is less than $ 0

then the shipping and handling costs for your order would be $ 69

5. If you instruct us to ship by TNT, and:

-- if we prepay and add the transportation charges, and

-- if your order is less than $ 0

then the shipping and handling costs for your order would be $ 29

6. If you instruct us to use your own carrier and you will pay the transportation charges through your own account,

you will be asked to select Fedex, UPS or TNT as the carrier and to provide a valid account number for that carrier at the time you place your order. In this case there would be no shipping and handling charges for your order.

7. No other carriers.

Please note that we only use TNT, Fedex and UPS as carriers.  We do not ship any orders through any other carriers -- just these three.

8. Insurance.

LC Laboratories does not charge for transportation insurance on orders for catalog sizes of our products.  For larger, bulk orders, we do require the customer to pay for insurance, which we purchase through the carrier and add to the invoice.  Customers who use and pay for transportation by their own carrier accounts must purchase their own insurance through their carrier.

9. Speed of delivery.

Orders for products that are in stock are shipped the same day or the next day, subject to credit requirements and possible delays related to pro forma invoices or other paperwork needing to be confirmed or resolved. Shipments to U.S. addresses are sent by overnight service for arrival the next day.

10. Terms.

For first-time orders of $500 or more (including shipping) for new customers, payment is due either by credit card at the time of shipment or in advance by wire or check (see below). Depending on credit approval on a case-by-case basis, we may allow first-time orders for less than $500 from a new customer to be paid net 30 days by wire or check. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT. We reserve the right to modify our credit terms and policies without advance notice. Funds sent by wire or check must be drawn on a United States bank. Once good credit is established, customers may be granted higher credit limits.
